Becoming a DGI Member

Welcome

Individuals are welcome to come to DGI and to attend events/teaching regardless of if he or she is a member or not. All teachings are free to the public and we are supported by donations.

If you so choose, you can become a member of DGI and help support the center and its teachers. All monies received go to support the monks and the center, all board members volunteer their time and do not receive a wage or benefits.

Of goal is to create a center to help provide a Buddhist presence in Louisville and provide support to the monastery in India. We also plan to have more monks stay at the center so to be able to spread the dharma throughout the country. If you like to support us in our efforts, please consider becoming a member.
